Decorative functionality at its finest, it's what you deserve. **Use & Care** Wash their products in warm, soapy water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. Do not soak. To dry, prop up off of counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Butcher Block Oil. Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.

This 2-inch thick END-GRAIN solid hardwood butcher block from Ruvati is the ultimate companion for your culinary experience. Great butcher board. The engraving works to collect juices from meat to keep it from spilling over. It’s quite bulky, so make sure you have a big enough sink to clean it. This board weighs a ton so it is extremely good quality and does not slip and slide around on the countertop. Absolutely love this cutting board! I highly recommend it to anyone BUT ONLY if you are committed to oiling constantly for the first 2 months. Because of the high quality wood, it dries easily.
