The Cuisine::pro Damashiro 3-piece Santoku Knife Set rounds out any standard knife collection with three essential sizes of santokus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the Cuisine::pro Damashiro Santoku Knife Set (3 pieces) to test, and these knives are a game-changer! The set includes 6.5-inch, 5.5-inch, and 5-inch santoku knives, made from Japanese 420J2 steel with a cool Damascus-inspired look. They’re super sharp, slicing through veggies, meat, and herbs like butter, making prep work quick and precise. The handles are seamless stainless steel, not wood, which gives them a solid, balanced feel, though they might feel a bit heavy for prolonged use. You’ll need to hand-wash them to keep them in top shape, but that’s no big deal for this quality. Highly recommend these for anyone wanting sharp, stylish knives!. Nadyans_9477. Sun Jul 13 2025

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.

They’re ok. I feel like for the quality of the cut, the blades wouldn’t rust in water.. Julia. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
