No one can resist the hearty smell of a roast. To achieve a good roast it is important that the meat or other ingredients do not sit in their own juices too long. This roast pan is the ideal accompaniment. The grate is integrated into the pan, but it can also be removed so you can clean it quickly and easily. The roasting pan and grate measure 15.75 x 13.3 inches overall, so there is space even for large joints of meat. The meat or other roasted food sits on a high-quality grate, which allows liquids and fat to drain. This allows a crisp crust to develop. The stainless steel handles facilitate handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with a grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning's creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy that sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed. The pan is also finished with Silvinox®, an electrochemical surface treatment that reliably protects your new kitchen gadgets from discoloration. You will be able to make succulent, flavorsome roast dishes in this roasting pan.

Achieve the perfect roasted meats and vegetables with the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster. Made of aluminum, the term “anodized” refers to the electrolytic process that the aluminum is exposed to in order to harden the aluminum itself and make it resistant to corrosion. The process also makes the aluminum harder than stainless steel making it durable enough to provide years of roasting for family gatherings. Aluminum has long been prized as an excellent conductor and distributor of heat, ensuring you’ll achieve even and consistent cooking results each and every time. The interior is coated with a three-layer nonstick coating for superior release and durability. The tall, straight sided walls of the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster accommodate a variety of different sized foods while minimizing splatter while the easy-to-grip handles make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to counter with ease. The inverted handle shape allows the roaster to fit in a variety of ovens, even small ones with a little room to spare. The unique inverted Stainless Steel handles allow the roaster to fit into ovens with ease, minimizing space versus roasters with handles extended outward. The interior cooking dimensions on the roaster are 16” x 13” x 3 1/3”. The exterior dimensions of the roaster (without the rack) are 17” x 13 1/3” x 4 3/5”. The rack is 13.5” x 11 3/8” x 5 1/4”. With the rack in place in the roaster, the height without food is roughly 5 7/16” tall. Included with the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster is an angled rack designed to slightly elevate ingredients to promote even cooking on all sides because achieving the perfect roast includes proper air circulation around the meat. The rack not only elevates the meat but also ensures that there is no need to reposition the meat during the cooking process. As the meat cooks low and slow for several hours, the fat from the meat slowly melts into the vegetables and other aromatics below, setting the stage of a luscious, flavorful gravy to compliment any dish. The handles built into the rack easily allows you to lift the meat out of the roaster while leaving the drippings and roasting vegetables in place. You can take the roaster directly to the stovetop and use two burners to make gravy right in the roaster without dirtying up a second pan. As an added bonus, this roaster set includes the Viking 2pc German Steel Carving Set. The blade and fork are constructed from premium German steel. The bonus set includes an 8” Carving knife and 6.8” Carving fork to impress your guests as you carve the perfect meal. To keep your roaster looking new and to extend the life of the nonstick surface, we always recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to extend the life Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster. Detachable design: easy cleaning and storage. The frying pan and saucepan can be separated for convenient use, either individually or together. No rivets or hard-to-reach corners for easy cleaning; when not in use, they can be disassembled for storage, saving kitchen space. 4. Compatible with all stovetops: suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Compatible with gas stoves, induction cookers, ceramic cooktops, halogen stoves, and even ovens. Whether for a home gathering or an outdoor picnic, you can enjoy a meal anytime. 5. Cast iron with no coating, healthy, durable, and scratch-resistant. The pot body contains no chemical coating and will not release harmful substances during high-temperature cooking. A non-stick oil film will form on the cast iron surface over time, becoming increasingly non-stick, scratch-resistant, and durable.

Roast meat, poultry, and vegetables to perfection with this versatile large roaster. Holding up to a 20-lb. turkey, the heavy-duty stainless-steel roasting pan features tall, straight sides, which help prevent splatters and spills, while its upright handles ensure a secure hold when transporting the pan to and from the oven, even when wearing thick oven mitts. The roaster comes with a v-shaped nonstick roasting rack that elevates large cuts of meat to promote even heating, plus makes it easy to collect natural juices from the base of the pan for basting, glazing, or making gravy. Combining high-quality craftsmanship and long-lasting performance, this cookware offers a sleek polished exterior, warp-resistant strength, compatibility with all stovetops (except induction), and dishwasher-safe cleanup - perfect for everyday cooking and holiday entertaining alike.
