I used this coffee maker about 2 weeks and the grind and brew stopped working. I called Ivation directly but we could not resolve the problem. Then it started working again the next day. LOVE Cuisinart coffee makers and especially this pour-over. As always, Wayfair surprised me with an early delivery. The coffee maker is very well made and has a menu button where you can adjust coffee strength to mild, medium or bold. Also, some of the reviewers mentioned coffee not being hot enough. Shouldn't be an issue at all because you can also choose HOT in the menu button. Looks lovely on my counter and next to the Bodum grinder that I also purchased years ago from Wayfair. I find that grinding my beans makes an exceptional cup of coffee. The coffee maker is perfect for 1-2 people in your household so be sure that you want an 8-cup coffee maker. Wow a lot of bad reviews for this coffee maker, My experience with it has been very positive. We bought this coffee maker after we were sent to different work locations for COVID. It faithful brewed us our morning joe as we waited for the ramblings of our supervisor, on our daily zoom calls. Surely the fine aroma that this piece of machinery created, pushed us through the dark days of covid better than any pep talk we could have received from Dr. Fauci.
