This saute pan is the latest, most advanced diamond reinforced nonstick cookware line. It is produced using a new coating formulation developed in the lab and an advanced production process pioneered in the manufacturing facility. The result is a significantly tougher cooking surface with even better food release properties.

M'ELITE is a collection conceived for induction, solid and lasting. This range, very performing, is made of 5 layers, combining stainless steel, 3 successive layers of aluminum, and an exterior layer of ferritic stainless steel. This alloy ensures a perfect conductibility, thanks to a rapid and uniform distribution of the heat, all over the product.

I saw these on an instagram post and was over the moon to find them on Wayfair. When I washed them with hot soapy water they instantly rusted but I oiled them and seasoned them for over an hour in the oven. They were black and shiny and then I baked in them the next day. After washing them the second time they held the seasoning perfectly and I lightly oiled them again and baked them off one more time. Just don’t get discouraged, stick with the process of seasoning your cast iron and you will love them!. Sonia. Arlington, WA. Mon Apr 14 2025
