Its narrow, angled silicone head slips through small jar openings and into tight corners, and the tapered edges press against the walls to scrape them clean. A curved shoulder swipes along the lip of the jar so nothing is left behind, while the flat back of the head spreads condiments, nut butters and frosting. The Flex-Core design pairs a firm nylon core with flexible silicone edges, giving it enough strength for cookie dough and sourdough starter. The BPA-free silicone head is heat resistant to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel handle adds durability and a secure, comfortable grip, and the whole tool is dishwasher safe.
