I’m a convert. I’ve been using all clad for 35 years and thought it was the pinnacle. I stumbled on and fell head first into Staub and le creuset. Thought, ok now this is the pinnacle. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. A little vinegar gets it looking brand new if needed. Wayfair has the best prices, and I’ve really looked.. Richard. Bethlehem, CT. Sat Aug 15 2026

What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win. When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. A French chef favorite, the Saucier’s rounded, cornerless bottom yields the silkiest sauces, making even a weeknight pasta feel like a five-star meal. From béchamel to velouté, the Saucier is designed for smooth, fully emulsified sauces. Dishes like risotto and gumbo, which require constant agitation, benefit from the Saucier’s cornerless bottom, which guides the whisk and promotes circulation. Like the rest of the Stainless Clad Cookware, thes is crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution. It heats evenly and responds instantly to temperature changes, giving more control when sautéing, deglazing, and reducing. It also cleans up in seconds, as it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. A rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling, and the hollow Stay Cool Handle keeps the hands safe.

The look: the most gorgeous pan I have ever seen. Conductivity: If you run hot water on it in the sink, it will get the same temperature in 30s. Super conductive! Cleaning: clean very good, some stuff instantly, harder stuff let it soak for 5 min, if you are in hurry the scrub pad may be used and it will not scratch the surface. Price - expensive. Beyond looks, it performs really well. It heats up evenly and holds temperature nicely, which makes cooking sauces or reheating food feel much controlled (no random hot spots).
