Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. This pan is awesome, I was cooking some chicken gizzards, forgot to check on them sand when I remembered they had burned and stuck to the pan. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend. Great pan nothing ever sticks to it and you can basically wipe it clean with a paper towel however when tapping spoons on the side the coating has chipped off within the first few uses on the very top edge. And theres a piece in the base of the pan that has started to chip off the coating. After just a few uses. But is never fully peeled off yet. Very hefty and distribute the heat evenly.. Stephen.
