I love that it's a large 7 quart size because when I use a slow cooker I love to make extras so that I have leftovers. Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges.
