Crepes and pancakes fail at the edges, where the pan is cooler. The Alva Maestro 10-Inch Ceramic Nonstick Pancake and Crepe Pan is built low and flat with an aluminium core that carries heat right out to the rim, so batter sets evenly across the whole surface and browns in one colour rather than a dark middle and pale border. The shallow sloping sides let a spatula get underneath cleanly, and the multi-layer ceramic surface releases with very little oil, so crepes lift in one piece and eggs slide out without a fight. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep the surface performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Have been making crepes for a long time but knew I didn’t have the proper pan for making them. I did a lot of searching online and so happy I found your company. Grill marks, indoors, all year. The Alva Nori 11-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan has deep, precision-cast ridges that hold food clear of the rendered fat, so steaks and chops char in dark stripes instead of steaming in their own juices. Heavy cast iron holds serious heat and gives it back the instant a cold steak hits the surface — the reason cast iron sears better than a thin pan that drops temperature on contact. The enamel finish needs no seasoning and cleans up without the ritual bare cast iron demands. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F, so you can sear on the burner and finish under the broiler. No synthetic nonstick coating, and made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

I love this cast iron grill! I looked at just about every cast iron grill available because I specifically wanted a grill that would fit on my middle gas burner while still allowing access to my other 4 burners. Other grills were too wide. Now, I can grill meat, warm tortillas, and still have room to cook vegetables or whatever else I need for the meal. Love it!. Stacey. Spring, TX. Sun Feb 21 2016
