The attractive glass cover locks in flavors allows for easy simmering, and displays the tempting dish inside! 12" skillet with lid is high quality, yet affordable. Any cook would be happy to have this nicely crafted pan on hand for sauteing and frying. The stainless steel interior is non-reactive with food and it's also tough enough to withstand the use of metal utensils. Safe from metal utensils, Viking hybrid plus 3-ply nonstick fry pans are ideal for searing, sautéing, and browning while still delivering easy cleanup. Viking hybrid plus cookware is coated with an advanced nonstick coating that features long-lasting, superior release. The innovative design of the cooking surface features a raised diamond tread pattern that sits just above the nonstick coating. The raised stainless-steel pattern protects the nonstick coating from scratching, making this pan ideal for use with metal utensils. You never need to worry about what utensil you or anyone in your house uses – the scratch-resistant nonstick is protected. The 3-ply clad construction delivers professional quality heat transfer. The exterior stainless steel layer is induction-capable while the interior layer is 304 non-reactive surgical grade stainless. Sandwiched between these layers is a layer of aluminum that helps to conduct the heat evenly through both the bottom and walls of the pan so more of the pan is working for you. Together, the three layers make this pan more efficient when cooking. The Viking 3-ply hybrid plus line is oven-safe to 500°F. The fry pans are finished with rolled rims for drip-free pouring. The signature Viking ergonomic handles are riveted in place and fully cast stainless for a lifetime of use. Each handle is equipped with a heat break to help them stay cool during use and a finger guide for easy lifting and control. For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid-based foods. Be sure to use low-to-medium and allow the pan to fully come to temperature before adding protein for the best results. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The hybrid plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick surface and the cookware.

LAVA CAST IRON SKILLET: Lava is specialized for heating and appliance industry. With 40 years of experience in casting molding, sand preparation, melting, sandblasting/grinding and enamel coating plant as the leading company in the world, Lava’s main production issue; cast iron cookware, pans, grills and stove top casting grills. The world’s highest quality cast iron is processed together with electrophoresis enamel coating technology in the production facilities of the ISO9001 standard. 3-LAYER ENAMEL COATING: Lava cast iron skilllet has been coated with 3 layers of enamel with 3 stages of firing technique. Primer layer protects the product against corrosion, gives resistance to high temperatures and thermal shock, the 2nd layer enamel gives high scratch and wear resistance and creates a flavor layer, 3rd layer enamel makes a smooth, attractive surface that is easily cleaned and adds a perfect elegance in presentation. PROTECTIVE GLASS ENAMEL: The cooking surface of this frying pan is glass enamel. Since this enamel shows the properties of glass, it has a transparent color, so the inner surface preserves its original casting color. Glass is a natural and a non-toxic coating that will protect the surface and maintain it for longer periods of time. Not only it makes this pan versatile and easy to use but also gives a smooth and shiny surface that is both easy to clean and requires no seasoning before use. HEAT RETENTION: This fry pan has 2.4-qt. capacity and it weighs 5 pounds. Its strong heat distrubition and retention make it great for searing steaks and frying potatoes, vegetables and eggs. The smooth interior makes sure that everything inside is cooked evenly, and it releases food easily. It can be used on all kitchen stovetops (except the microwave), and it's oven safe to 500 degrees F.  HOW TO CLEAN LAVA ENAMELED CAST IRON: Although Lava enameled cast iron is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance. Always dry cookware thoroughly and store in a cool, dry place. To remove stubborn baked-on food, boil 2 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of baking soda. Boil for a few minutes, then use a pan scraper to loosen the food

A synthesis of best-in-class design and cutting-edge technology, Omega is what happens when the inventors of ceramic nonstick create cookware for daily use. Built for remarkable performance, this frying pan is designed to deliver everything from early-morning eggs to late-night snacks. No matter what you’re making, you can use less oil and get more contact with this pan’s innovative Balance Pro Base. All pans flex when they’re heated, but this pan is designed to flex internally, meaning oil stays where you put it and your food gets maximum contact with the pan. This 11" frying pan features our signature healthy ceramic nonstick coating, which is ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and features layers of diamonds for extraordinary performance. As always, it’s PFAS-free to make every meal healthier. These pans also feature Magneto induction technology for remarkable performance on all stovetops, including induction. The sturdy stainless steel handles are specially angled to stack easier to save space in the cabinet. Oven and broiler safe to 600˚F. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

We tried the saute pan last night and it worked great. Browned the sausage evenly, no sticking and the glass lid allowed us to see the spinach wilt down. Cleaning was also a breeze.. Stevek. Omaha Ne. Wed Aug 28 2024
