I like this arepa and flatbread cooking plate. It is the perfect size for a medium tortilla. It won’t work on an electric or glass top stove. You either need a gas stove or a grill. Really like this griddle. It’s made nice and heavy. I have cooked on it twice so far and it heats up nice and things don’t stick to it. It will take a little getting used to that the whole griddle is the same temperature compared to gas where there are zones. I just wish it came with some kind of storage bag as it gets a little bulky with the handles on it and it’s a little greasy after cooking on it.. G. Mike. Illinois. Sun Jun 28 2026
