Utilizing Stonehenge a stone-derived coating from Germany, the 5 l (5.3 quarts) all-in-one stone earth saucepan by Ozeri is the world’s leading cooking pot, delivering non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of harmful chemicals. Conventional saucepans and pots often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of potential carcinogens which are also persistent pollutants of the environment. With the stone earth sauce pan's stone-derived coating from Germany, even under high temperatures, no such controversial chemicals are ever passed on to you or released into the environment. This is because the stone earth saucepan utilizes an inert coating inspired by nature, and is applied using a water-based sol-gel technique that is also free of lesser-known the stone earth saucepan is also far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the stone earth sauce pan consistently renders cleaning a breeze. Saucepan assembled in China.

Great pan nothing ever sticks to it and you can basically wipe it clean with a paper towel however when tapping spoons on the side the coating has chipped off within the first few uses on the very top edge. And theres a piece in the base of the pan that has started to chip off the coating. After just a few uses. But is never fully peeled off yet. Very hefty and distribute the heat evenly.. Stephen.
