I have been eyeing Hestan for a year or more. I know it’s pricey. But for me I am almost 40. My husband and I have been married for over a year and our current pot and pan situation is a mix from our college days and donations from various family members trying to rid of their old pots and pan. You know how that goes. So I have been doing investigations on the best pans in the market. Making my various pro and con lists. I was considering scan pan. But with Hestan. Yes it’s a lot. But I won’t be replacing them in 5-10 years from now. They are meant to last. Per all the reviews. I know I want pan that I put in the dishwasher and don’t have to worry about it being injured from my amateur cooking skills. I love the feel of the pan. The handle all of that. When I picked up the all clads in the store they are too like straight or not like ergonomic for my petite frame. I want to eventually get the whole set of pans. But since we were moving. And my husbands old saucepan had been beaten up and the non stick wearing off. I was like ok time to try the 1.5 qt. I had a wayfair coupon and wedding money to spend. On something that is essential to my kitchen. It has cleaned up beautifully in the dishwasher. I only wash the lid by hand since that isn’t nanobond. The saucepan. Had little water marks coming out of the dishwasher which I don’t mind but they do have a polish they sell if you are displaying your pots. I heated up some brown sugar and butter. Which turned out great. Only tip I got from Hestan when I called about the different pans. Was it you have an electric stove with coils. Turn your stove on and wait 30sec before you place your pan on. I have been mindful of that. The next pot on my list is the 8qt soup pot Can’t wait for that. Teresa. Mon Mar 23 2026

Great pan but already scratched. My catsitter must’ve done it. For 180 you would think it wouldn’t be too easy to scratch this. The bummer is I could’ve spent MUCH less to have a scratched finish. Featuring Eterna, a safe and durable non-stick coating developed in the USA, the Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri is the world’s first stainless steel frying pan to achieve non-stick perfection without using harmful chemicals often found in traditional cookware. Conventional saucepans often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of potential carcinogens which are also persistent pollutants of the environment. Saucepan assembled in China.

Great pan nothing ever sticks to it and you can basically wipe it clean with a paper towel however when tapping spoons on the side the coating has chipped off within the first few uses on the very top edge. And theres a piece in the base of the pan that has started to chip off the coating. After just a few uses. But is never fully peeled off yet. Very hefty and distribute the heat evenly.. Stephen. Elevate your kitchen to gourmet status with this saucepan. This premium collection is constructed of five layers: an 18/10 stainless-steel interior that won't react with foods, three layers of fast-heating aluminum, and a magnetic stainless-steel base that's compatible with induction burners. The cooking surface undergoes Demeyere's patented Silvinox® treatment. This process allows the stainless steel to maintain a silvery finish, resist fingerprints, and remain easy to clean. Pans heat up quickly, distribute heat evenly, and retain heat well for perfect searing, browning, and frying. Unlike other cookware on the market, these pans have a flat, stable base that won't bulge when heated, ensuring no hot spots. Ergonomic handles stay cool on the stovetop, tight-fitting lids promote energy-efficient cooking, and rolled rims prevent spills when pouring.
