All lovers of crispy roast duck or delicious fried chicken will love the Twin select poultry shears. Because it makes it easy to portion poultry of all kinds. The well-thought-out design of the poultry shears starts with the ergonomic handle, which allows you to safely use the shears without tiring your hand. The shears provide an ideal leverage effect and a good transmission of power. Thanks to the bone crusher and serrated blade, you can cut meat, tendons, and even bones easily and cleanly. The serration prevents the food from slipping, which makes work even easier. With a short, powerful squeeze, you can cut quickly and cleanly. This is especially helpful if you use the shears for portioning and serving. In the case of the twin select poultry shears, the spring is on the inside for the first time. This prevents it from jumping out. And if you no longer need the shears, they can easily be taken apart and cleaned by the detaching mechanism.

In our kitchen, time is marked by either before scissors or after scissors. And at this point, the time before we were using scissors in our kitchen (to cut carrots, cheeses, bacon, chicken, hard-boiled eggs, and pretty much anything else) feels downright prehistoric. We don’t know where we would be without them. Of course, we have kitchen knives. But sometimes a knife just feels like so...much. Scissors are spare. Scissors are satisfying. It’s oddly calming to slowly slice away at a stalk of celery one simple snip at a time. But don’t take our word for it. Try out for yourself these scissors in classic blue, with two pairs for double the fun.

I love these scissors; they are the best!. Anonymous. Oneonta, NY. Tue Oct 01 2024

The Tovolo Seafood Snips handle lobster, crab and shrimp from shell to plate in one tool. Heavy-duty stainless steel blades cut through lobster shells and crab legs with controlled force. For the toughest shells, open the handles and set the shell between the serrated steel sections inside, then squeeze to crack it. The slender curved blades then slide beneath the cracked shell and cut through it without crushing the meat underneath. On shrimp, the curved tip follows the back of each one and pushes the vein out as you snip, which speeds up deveining a big batch. The pointed tip reaches into lobster tails and crab legs to pull meat free. Easy-grip capri blue handles give secure, comfortable control, and the BPA-free shears are dishwasher safe.
