This Farberware Knife Block features EdgeKeeper Technology that automatically sharpens the straight-edge knives with every use. Built-in ceramic sharpeners hone the blades whenever they are removed from the block and replaced, ensuring your knives are at peak sharpness every time you use them. Ceramic sharpeners are less abrasive than alternative materials and will gently sharpen knives resulting in a finer edge. This not only saves you time but is a safer, more efficient way to sharpen your knives 13-piece set includes an 8-inch chef knife, an 8-inch slicing knife, a 5-inch chef knife with kullens, a 5-1/2 inch serrated utility knife, a 3-1/2 inch paring knife, six 4-1/2 inch steak knives, all-purpose shears, and a black rubberwood storage block. Hand-wash knives with warm water and a mild detergent then rinse and dry immediately.

Incredibly sharp, the built-in sharpener is appreciated. The aluminum handles make the knives a little too lightweight for my preference. When the directions say not to sit near water or use in the dishwasher, and to dry right away when washing, they mean it. One knife already has small rust spots from drying on the dish rack. Great knives, but wish they were heavier/more dense.. Ken. Lanham, MD. Fri Sep 25 2026

The blades look great love the handles. Kind of wish the steak knife blades were a little larger but they are serrated an will do the job handle feels good in your hands. The only negative thing I would say is the knife block is a little lighter in color than I expected it to be.. Mike. Crestwood, KY. Wed Jan 17 2024

I love my knifes. I like the largest one the best. Now I can put it out on the counter and it’ll be cute. It was the most expensive thing I’ve ever bought as far as knives go I hope they last.. Anne. Paradise, UT. Sun Jan 18 2026

This knife set is most impressive, but my expectations were also high since they were rated just over Wusthof for the 1 spot on Consumer Reports list. The blades of each knife is very definely designed and very sharp. To understand Zwilling is to understand cutlery. I’m very happy with this knife set.. Carl. MD. Sun Nov 12 2023
