I’m a convert. I’ve been using all clad for 35 years and thought it was the pinnacle. I stumbled on and fell head first into Staub and le creuset. Thought, ok now this is the pinnacle. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. A little vinegar gets it looking brand new if needed. Wayfair has the best prices, and I’ve really looked.. Richard. Bethlehem, CT. Sat Aug 15 2026

A chef's favorite, the stainless steel saucier has a smooth contoured interior that is optimal for making sauces, risotto, or sautéing vegetables. Sloping sides and a rounded bottom facilitate stirring and whisking, and also make cleanup easier than ever. Radiant and durable, the triple-layer construction features a full base-to-rim aluminum core for superior heat distribution, while the lightweight titanium-infused stainless steel exterior resists scorching and corrosion at higher temperatures. Innovative details such as interior capacity markings, an iconic three-ring lid with built-in steam vents, and a dripless pouring rim save valuable prep time and make cleanup a breeze.

Another fabulous piece from Le Creuset! This is now my go to saucepan.. Anonymous. Tue Apr 07 2026

love this pan! super nonstick and looks great on my stove. I wish the bottom area was a tad bigger before the sides slope but it's a small complaint :). Hannah. Chicago, IL. Tue Sep 09 2025

Elevate your kitchen to gourmet status with this saucier. This premium collection is constructed of five layers: An 18/10 stainless-steel interior that won't react with foods, three layers of fast-heating aluminum, and a magnetic stainless-steel base that's compatible with induction burners. The cooking surface undergoes Demeyere's patented Silvinox® treatment. This process allows the stainless steel to maintain a silvery finish, resist fingerprints, and remain easy to clean. Pans heat up quickly, distribute heat evenly, and retain heat well for perfect searing, browning, and frying. Unlike other cookware on the market, these pans have a flat, stable base that won't bulge when heated, ensuring no hot spots. Ergonomic handles stay cool on the stovetop, tight-fitting lids promote energy-efficient cooking, and rolled rims prevent spills when pouring.

So excited about this amazing pan. I want more. Sultan Ghahtani. Laguna Beach. Sun Sep 14 2025

A saucier’s shallow dimensions come in handy when you’re making mashed potatoes or other creamy foods that require lots of stirring or whisking. That was the thought behind the design for this Saucier. Like its big brother the saucepan, it has a wide mouth that helps reduce liquids and thicken sauces. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucier features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. To keep your All-Clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, Engineered, & Assembled in the USA.

All Clad is a company I can always rely will give me a superior product. I use this saucier for everything, but with the rounded bottom perimeter, it is best for bechamel, mornay and any cream sauce that requires attentive whisking during the cooking process. It is my go-to saucepan. Highly recommended. Barry. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Thu Jan 21 2021

This pot is very well made and as a bonus, it’s also very pretty. I purchased it to use with an induction cooker and it performed perfectly. It also works very well on my gas stove top. The only drawback is that it is heavy for a small pan. All in all I am happy with this product and use it often.. Marguerite. Oakland, CA. Sun Mar 08 2026

ENGINEERED FROM THREE SEPARATE METALS FOR EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE - this premium quality deep, high-sided saucepan is made from a layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. This gives you all the benefits of durable stainless steel, with the superfast heat conducting qualities of aluminum. Heat radiates from the base up the sides of the pan for consistent, even heat all over. The shape is ideal for everyday cooking as well as making sauces, as the rounded sides are ideal for stirring with a wooden spoon.

Its a relatively lightweight pan. A few notes compared to the description and pictures: 1. It has measurement lines on the inside which is useful, but the pictures do not show them. 2. It's listed as 2 liter instead of 2 quarts, but probably holds more in total given the 2 liter measurement line is lower than the lip. All told, I really like this pan. The only thing I dislike is once you load it with more than a quart of liquid, the handle starts feeling small for lifting. That's a small thing though for it's positives, which are lightweight, quick to heat, easy to clean.. David. Royersford, PA. Sun Aug 31 2025
