What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win. When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. First of all this is a nice set, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. The reason why I cannot give it five stars is because the color I picked based on the listing as well as the listing picture was redgold. Also be aware it is a 3 qt (the listing needs to be updated). The Alva Maestro 5-Ply Stainless Steel Saucepan with Lid is the quiet essential you reach for daily — and the one that decides whether a sauce reduces cleanly or splits. Five bonded layers of stainless steel and aluminium run from base to rim, so heat climbs the walls evenly instead of pooling at the bottom, and the pan responds the instant you turn the heat down. Precision pour spouts on both sides let you decant without a drip, and the fitted lid holds heat for grains and gentle simmering. The interior is uncoated stainless — no coating to wear out, so metal utensils and hard deglazing are welcome. Oven safe to 500°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Dishwasher safe. Available in 1.5 and 3 quart sizes. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

This is my go too rice pot! It cooks evenly and my rice has been Chef Ramsey perfect every time!. Mrs..bell. USA. Fri Oct 11 2024
