Pro-level results, easier than ever. Best-seller, only better. The first cooker launched in 2014 and started a home-cooking revolution — bringing sous vide to the masses and making a household name in the process. This third generation of flagship sous vides circulator adds key improvements, making perfect results easier to achieve than ever before. What’s different: Upgraded Precision® Cooker to use dual-band WiFi for improved connectivity. A two-line touchscreen display allows you to quickly view time and temperature on the same screen and manually control the cook straight from the interface.

Great product and quality. Audrey. Tue Dec 19 2023

Anova has a passion for precision in the kitchen, and we want to help everyone of all skill levels cook like a pro in their own home. Powerful and durable enough to meet the demands of a restaurant kitchen, yet compact enough for the home chef. The Precision Cooker Pro is the most substantial sous vide circulator in our lineup. The Pro is drop tested and IPX-7 rated; drop the device on the floor or submerge it in water, and you can keep on cooking with no problem. Perfect for commercial use or the serious home chef.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From “Do I Really Need This?” to “How Did I Cook Without It?” I’ll admit it — when I first got my Anova Sous Vide, I wondered if it would become one of those kitchen gadgets that gets used twice and then forgotten. I was completely wrong. Anova has genuinely changed the way I cook, especially meat. There is something incredibly satisfying about cutting into a steak and seeing the exact doneness you wanted from edge to edge. No gray overcooked layer, no dry center, no guessing. Just beautifully tender, juicy meat every single time. One of my favorite ways to use it is preparing beef sous vide and then finishing it over a very hot grill or open flame. That combination is incredible: a smoky, caramelized crust on the outside and perfectly tender, juicy meat inside. It feels like something you would order at a great steakhouse, except I made it myself. But what I love most about Anova is the confidence it gives me in the kitchen. When I’m cooking an expensive piece of meat, I don’t have that little voice in my head saying, “Please don’t overcook this!” I set the temperature, let Anova do its job, and know exactly what I’m going to get. It has also made entertaining so much easier. Instead of stressing over timing everything perfectly, I can have the main course ready and finish it right before serving. More time with family and friends, less time standing nervously over the stove. For me, Anova isn’t just about precision. It’s about making great food more consistently and making cooking more enjoyable. Some kitchen appliances save you time. Some help you cook better. Anova somehow manages to do both. Five stars — and definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to my kitchen.. Nelli. NC. Sun Sep 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to past slow cookers models I’ve had, this one is much more uniquely designed. Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. The best part about the slow cooker to me is the auto warming feature. Past appliances I’ve used, some would require that I manually change the temperature. I don’t feel pressured to have to check my meals every 5 minutes since the feature is in place. The party dipper is a hit too! It’s makes just the right amount of dip or sauce so that none goes to waste and you can also remove the inner bowl as well. Perfectly sized to create meals for the largest of family holidays.. I recently cooked a pot roast in it and was able to throw in lots of carrots and potatoes because of its roomy size. This model has a unique feature of a locking lid and it's great for traveling so that nothing spills while it's in the back of your car. The lid is really nice quality and has a rubber ring around it so you can get a nice seal while cooking. It's easy to program and start in the morning so you have dinner ready later that evening. It's really nice quality and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a large size slow cooker.. Jessiej. Wed Jun 24 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Hamilton Beach Party Dipper Food Warmer twin pack to heat some spinach and artichoke dip. It was easy to just plug it in and let it start warming. We used it at home on a random day, but it would be great for parties! The size is compact, but holds a good amount (20 ounces). It is very easy to clean as well, as the removable crock and the lid can go in the dishwasher. As the name implies, you get two in this twin pack, a nice plain pink and a pretty floral design. They look great and get the job done. We will definitely use these at family functions and parties!. Linneal. Tue Apr 21 2026

This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The deluxe pressure gauge registers precise processing pressures, which are especially important in high-altitude areas. The special air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

An 8-quart stovetop pressure cooker built for cooks who make food in quantity. The sealed environment traps steam and raises the internal temperature, so dishes that normally need two to three hours on the stovetop finish in roughly 30 to 45 minutes: dried beans without an overnight soak, stock in under an hour, tough braising cuts that pull apart with a fork. Eight quarts holds enough for a family dinner with leftovers, a weekend of meal prep portioned into containers, or a large batch of stock or chili to freeze. The lid locks into position once pressure builds and stays sealed until the pressure valve releases it, so there is no guesswork about when it is safe to open. Ergonomic handles on both sides give you a secure two-handed grip when the pot is full and heavy. Stainless steel construction resists staining, warping, and odor retention, which matters in a pot that will see acidic tomato sauces one week and stock the next. The base spreads heat evenly across the bottom rather than concentrating it in the center, reducing the scorching that affects thin-bottomed pots during long simmers. Compatible with gas, electric coil, glass and ceramic, and induction cooktops. When you are done, the cooker is dishwasher safe. Suited to everyday cooking as much as holiday batches: soups, stews, grains, legumes, and slow-simmered dishes.

The NESCO Sous Vide Cooker delivers consistent, restaurant-quality results by cooking food to the exact level of doneness desired. Simply attach the cooker to your own pot or container, fill the pot or container with water, add your sealed bag of food, and cook. The illuminated LCD display with sensor touch control allows for quick and easy programming while the temperature function ranges from 95° - 203°F with both °F & °C modes. Set the cooker using one of the auto-recipe programs for meat, fish, chicken, or vegetables and prepare your favorite dish using the pre-set time and temperature function. The process of vacuum-sealing food, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath locks in flavor and moisture for exceptional texture and taste. The quiet DC-motor and heating circulator brings water to the exact temperature required for perfect meals and holds it, never over or undercooking your food. The NESCO Sous Vide Cooker provides perfect results every time so you can cook your food exactly how you like it.

I started reading recipes as soon as I ordered this. I also ordered the reccomended accessories that go with it so I could use as soon as possible. I watched videos and couldnt wait to get it so I could start experimenting. The first thing I made was a pumpkin cheesecake and it was so easy and I loved the taste. Next I cooked bacon, and at first I thought I had done it wrong ! But after I was finished I knew I did it right and it was delicious. I will admit it takes more time, but it is so worth the extra time. Everything I have made is so good that Im not sorry about the extra time !! I would tell everyone, try it and you will agree with me !! Yummy !!!. Carol. US. Tue Jan 23 2024
