The Prestige multi-ply line has a solid foundation built from five layers comprised of a 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base layer, pure and alloy aluminum, finished with an 18/10 stainless steel layer with a diamond non-stick coating, making this the most prestigious line in stainless steel cookware. The Prestige multi-ply five layers cookware line has been developed after many years of research and development. The multi-ply technology that is incorporated results in brilliant cooking performance and their patented swiss diamond nonstick coating results in the perfect food release every time. In saucepans, casseroles and stock pots, the layers also allow for a constant and even temperature in the walls, thus reducing energy loss. This will also have a positive effect on your cooking times, reducing the amount of energy that you have used to produce your meals. A big plus in reducing your household utility bills and emissions! The pans exterior is made of induction friendly magnetic stainless steel eliminating the need for an induction plate with their cookware. The Prestige multi-ply cookware can be used on all cooktops and can easily be transferred to the oven, with their lids being oven safe up to 260°C. Most products include a heat tempered, sturdy glass lid. All of the handles are ergonomically designed to stay cool. The saute pans, woks, and saucepan have a helper handle for additional ease.

Utilizing Stonehenge a stone-derived coating from Germany, the 5 l (5.3 quarts) all-in-one stone earth saucepan by Ozeri is the world’s leading cooking pot, delivering non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of harmful chemicals. Conventional saucepans and pots often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of potential carcinogens which are also persistent pollutants of the environment. These traditional non-stick chemicals have been restricted in other countries, such as Germany, due to environmental concerns of poor biodegradability, toxicity to aquatic life, and endocrine disruption in the food chain. With the stone earth sauce pan's stone-derived coating from Germany, even under high temperatures, no such controversial chemicals are ever passed on to you or released into the environment. This is because the stone earth saucepan utilizes an inert coating inspired by nature, and is applied using a water-based sol-gel technique that is also free of lesser-known the stone earth saucepan is also far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the stone earth sauce pan consistently renders cleaning a breeze. The stone earth saucepan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that allows for even cooking with maximum heat retention. It also features a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves. The all-in-one stone earth saucepan boasts a heat-resistant silicone-coated handle and a side handle for safe and comfortable handling when cooking for larger family sizes. It also includes a tempered glass lid with a steam release vent and heat-resistant knob. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Stonehenge coating made by weilburger gmbh, germany. Saucepan assembled in China.

Great pan nothing ever sticks to it and you can basically wipe it clean with a paper towel however when tapping spoons on the side the coating has chipped off within the first few uses on the very top edge. And theres a piece in the base of the pan that has started to chip off the coating. After just a few uses. But is never fully peeled off yet. Very hefty and distribute the heat evenly.. Stephen.
