Cool Touch Handles Dark Gray Cookware Sets

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Lid handles and long handles feature heat breaks to help them stay cool on the cooktop during use. Long handles feature a finger stop that guides your hand to the perfect grip for comfort, balance and control. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. The glass lids are oven safe to 350°F. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. Cook like a professional with this Gotham Steel 10-piece nonstick coating cookware set. Aluminum construction provides even heating and strength. The non-stick, dishwasher-safe ti-cerama coating delivers easy cleaning and lasting use.

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham Steel Pro Premier Hard Anodized Cookware Set has been a real game-changer in my kitchen. With 13 pieces, it covers all my cooking needs, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. One thing that's truly impressed me is the hard anodized aluminum construction. It distributes heat evenly, so no more unevenly cooked meals. It's seriously transformed my cooking game – even tricky recipes turn out perfectly. And that nonstick surface they talk about? It's no joke. I've cut down on oil use, and food just slides off effortlessly. Cleanup? A breeze – a quick wipe and you're good. The stainless steel handles are a smart addition. They stay cool, so no more burnt fingers! The glass lids are a bonus too – I can check on my cooking without losing heat. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Here's the deal: while the nonstick surface is tough, you'll need to handle it gently with utensils to avoid scratching. And here's a heads-up – it really shines on low to medium heat, but when things get to medium-high to high heat, it can struggle a bit. Something to keep in mind if you're into high-temperature cooking. In a nutshell – the Gotham Steel Pro Premier Cookware Set is a winner. It not only looks great but also cooks like a dream. A matched set beats five pans that never nest. The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set covers frying, sautéing, simmering and boiling in one go, with vented stainless lids that let steam out before a pot boils over and interior capacity marks so you can measure without a jug. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases cleanly with very little oil — eggs, fish and sauces lift instead of sticking — and the aluminium core spreads heat across the whole base, so nothing scorches in the middle while the edges stay cool. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: use a little oil, keep heat low to medium, and hand wash to protect the coating. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Best ceramic pan I've ever used. Treat it right with silicone utensils and it will last. Was a little surprised how heavy it was, but that to me shows the quality of the pan.....solid!. Happy Dave. Sat Oct 03 2026

Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off.
