This cookware combines the optimum heat conductivity of copper with the easy cleaning properties of a stainless steel interior and requires no tin plating or special maintenance. This sauce pan's durable, riveted cast iron handle and grip ensures reliable cool touch support and balance when lifting and pouring, while it's tapered rim makes pouring drip-free, making transferring sauce from the pan as easy as possible. This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as it's compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water.
