I Love this coffee/tea bar. It is perfect for what I needed. I had a couple broken items after receiving my box but, after contacting customer support they sent a replacement the next day! I was able to put this together mostly by myself with help from my husband on a few areas I needed extra hands and lifting the big pieces. I found image and step by step directions pretty easy to follow with only 2 areas not marked but I was able to figure out by the pictures. I chose to not put the wine bottle holder in as I was setting up, which you have to do at setup. It won't go back in later as it fits in the shelf before installing finally pieces together. So, I recommend if you don't want that don put it in, not sure you can remove later easily. I love this! It is very nice and the shelf and counter are thicker which I love. This wine rack is gorgeous and very well made. It feels sturdy and like it will last a long time. I love how the wood wine bottle holder slips over the metal rails. It was simple to hang with the included anchors and screws and it came with a diagram to hang on the wall for exact screw placement. I would have given it five stars but I must talk about shipping and fulfillment. Shipping was fine. It arrived about a week after ordering. There was an issue with fulfillment though. It came as a set of two and they kept sending me one. I’d return one and they’d order the replacement and still send me one wine rack. This was frustrating and has nothing to do with the wine rack.
