The set comes housed in a handsome bamboo knife block with 6 extra slots for steak knives. Twin Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of proprietary special formula German steel, resulting in lighter weight knives that do not compromise sharpness. Combined with the Zwilling signature ice-hardening technique, these Friodur blades are harder and sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. To ensure an ideal cutting angle, the sharp laser-controlled edge is honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans. The three-rivet handle embedded with the Zwilling logo provides optimum durability.

OH MY GOOD!!!! Anyone looking for steak knives THIS IS IT, the quality you get for the price is unbeatable. I was convinced that they were gonna suck bc they were so inexpensive but, I love Viking so I rolled the dice and so happy I did. Only wish is there was a knife block I could purchase for them.
