The ergonomic, triple-rivet handle embedded with the logo provides durability and balance. And these dishwasher-safe, German-made knives are conveniently easy to clean.

I love these knives. The block looks amazing on my counter top. The knives themselves are very sharp, from other reviews I see complaints of rusting, but Ive owned knives from Zwilling in the past and you must dry them immediately after handwashing, and a thin coat of oil for protection doesnt hurt. Zwilling Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to the market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the results of 280 years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with the thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The chef's knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Zwilling Ja henckelsstern cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

These are great! no more sawing! . Mollye. Register, GA. Mon Jul 20 2020

Nice but not as nice as I expected for the price. I purchased a very similar s t for my parents a few months ago....but these are not as nice or substantial. Handles and blades feel a bit on the cheaper side for Henckels.....but better than the last set I had.. Jennifer. Newtown, PA. Sat Jul 11 2026
