Black Rectangular Grill & Griddle Pans

Winner of America's Test Kitchen best Griddle/Grill for 2025

I wasn't expecting to use this as much as I'm now using it. It turns out, there are lots of meals that are easier to prepare on the grill, and it's easy to clean and reuse. Because it sits on a glass stove top, I have to be extremely careful turning it over -- but so far, so good.. Terry. Apex, NC. Tue Jun 16 2026

Great quality, as always, from Lodge. I w as hoping to be able to use this on my gas grill instead of having to purchase a Blackstone. It fits on the grates of the grill fine but the handles prevent the lid from closing. Still a great purchase that I will use and enjoy for many years on the gas range in my kitchen.. Vicki. Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. Sandwich Press Non-Stick Grill Pan. Inspired by a recent trip to Europe, where warm, melty cheese toasties are a regular item on cafe menus year round. Grilled cheese sandwiches are the ultimate comfort food and Nordic Ware knew there was a better way to make them building from the design principles and success of stove top waffle pans, Nordic Ware created this cast pan with 2 interlocking hinged halves. Preheat both sides, then place your sandwich inside and squeeze the handles together to cook from both top and bottom. When foods are heated from above and below, the result is a dramatically reduced cooking time and when it comes time to flip the sandwich, the pan keeps both halves firmly held together to prevent messes and burned fingertips. The diagonal ribbed design on the inside of this pan will sear your sandwich with flavorful, good-looking grill marks. So simple to clean and store in comparison to a cumbersome electric counter top model and American-made. Not surprisingly, this product also works wonderfully for quickly searing steaks, chops and chicken you’ll be amazed.
