I p purchased this crockpot at the end of November… thinking I should replace my very ancient 1980s crockpot. I used it once over the holidays and then again today. Today I decided to use the timer function when the initial two hours was up, the crockpot had turned off, which I thought was probably normal considering the timer use. I checked what was cooking and determined it needed extra time. However, the crockpot would not turn back on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I tried a different plug. I tried each button on the crockpot, and yet nothing would get crockpot to turn back on. I will call Customer Service during business hours. And in the meantime, I have transferred my meal to my 1980s crockpot to finish cooking. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in hope that I don’t need to pay to package and mail this back somewhere.. Barbb. Colchester Ct. Sun Feb 01 2026
