Give your sous vide setup a proper home instead of a stockpot standing in for one. This container measures 12.51 x 10.00 x 7.92 inches and holds up to 12 quarts (11.35 L) to the brim — a spacious, substantial footprint built for a full roast, a stack of pouches, or a weeknight batch of meal prep, without crowding the rest of your kitchen. The clear body keeps water-level markings visible at all times, so there's no guessing and no lifting the lid to check your fill. Slide on the included Onyx Black neoprene sleeve for a sleek, finished look on the counter — and for more than looks. Neoprene is a natural insulator, so the sleeve wraps the container in a steady layer of warmth that helps your water bath hold its temperature for hours, while the fitted lid works alongside it to cut down on evaporation. A slatted stainless steel rack keeps every bag fully submerged and neatly separated, so nothing floats to the surface mid-cook. The lid cutout is sized to fit most clamp-on and wand-style immersion circulators, and every piece — container, lid, and rack — lifts out of the sleeve for an easy trip through the dishwasher.

I was afraid this would be a frivolous purchase, because I had previously just been using a large metal pot to sous vide in, but this sous vide container is well-made and worth it! I appreciate the insulated sleeve, but wish it came with sous vide magnets and clips.. Kate. Bogota, NJ. Sat Sep 05 2026

The Weston 2-in-1 Indoor Smoker & 6 Quart Slow Cooker smokes meat, cheese and other foods quickly and easily right on your kitchen countertop. Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the wait or prep associated with outdoor smokers. Or use the removable 6 quart cooking vessel to slow cook foods — the nonstick vessel holds a 6 lb. chicken or 4 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Use combo mode for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke for maximum smoky flavor. The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food simultaneously. The tempered glass lid is integrated with a gasket seal and a patented Set & Forget temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as food slow cooks or smokes. The smoking chamber is easy to load with wood chips (not included). The included 16 oz. Party Dipper is the small food warmer that's perfect for cheese, dips and sauces.

I just used my slow cooker for the first time. I made Chicken Cacciatore last night. It was very easy to use. I am looking forward to trying the smoker feature. Great purchase.. Gene L. Corona, CA. Sat Dec 13 2025
