Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. The best part about the slow cooker to me is the auto warming feature. Past appliances I’ve used, some would require that I manually change the temperature. I recently cooked a pot roast in it and was able to throw in lots of carrots and potatoes because of its roomy size. This model has a unique feature of a locking lid and it's great for traveling so that nothing spills while it's in the back of your car.
