A necessity for the serious chef, the Knife Set includes 3 ultra-sharp 100% ceramic knives that slice through fruits, vegetables, and boneless meats with unmatched ease. Featuring 3 convenient sizes (3”, 5” and 6” blades) coupled to perfectly balanced ergonomic handles, the Knives render a wide variety of cutting tasks effortless, from chopping to mincing, slicing and dicing. These distinctively shaped knives utilize Australian source zircon sand for the finest ceramic quality, with each blade close in hardness to diamonds and able to preserve its razor-sharpness 10 times longer than traditional steel blades. The knives are distinguished by convex edges and 36-degree cutting angles, which offer enhanced sharpness over traditional 45-degree ceramic blades. Unlike metal knives, the Knives do not corrode, rust or leach metal ions into food. They are impervious to moisture, oils, and acids in common foods, and preserve their freshness despite long-term exposure to such foods. Finished with a reflective black veneer, each ceramic knife weighs less than half of an equivalent metal knife, thereby reducing fatigue and pain associating with preparing big meals and repetitive cutting. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Never a dull knife again! Its time to sharpen like the professionals. Included in this set is a ZWILLING Pro 6" Wide Chef Knife with wood handle and ZWILLING V Edge Sharpener. Anyone whose ever prepared food with a truly sharp knife knows the incredible experience of using one. However, even the best blades lose their edge over time. Regular sharpening is crucial for maintaining their quality over the long term. But before you reach for a whetstone or sharpening steel and spend hours online looking for instructions on how to sharpen a knife correctly, take a moment to read on. Its patented sharpening mechanism is incredibly simple and wholly effective. Simply pull the knifes blade at a diagonal from above in a downward direction and the V-Edge does the rest. The V-shape arranged ceramic sharpening stones evenly sharpen the entire length of the blade without risk of damaging it. Different angle adapters are included for European (like the ZWILLING PRO Chef Knife) and Japanese knives. A lot of work has also been put into the exceptional design and premium workmanship of the V-Edge to make sure you see at first glance just how good it is. Instead of hiding it away in the cupboard, simply place it on the kitchen counter and leave the fine grain sharpening stones installed. That way, you can simply pull your knives through the V-Edge a couple of times before each use. Your knives will retain their professional sharpness and youll enjoy cooking with them even more.
