I find this portafilter to be particularly useful for testing extractions on La Specialista machines. I have the touch model, and it works perfectly. purchased this coffee maker for personal use at home rather than for an office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is well-built, easy to use once it’s set up, and it consistently brews excellent coffee. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer.
