Stainless Steel All-Clad Sauce Pans

When it comes to making sauce, gravy, or other liquid foods, the saucepan is your go-to. Its high, straight sides lend themselves well to frequent stirring or whisking that comes with making sauces, limiting spilling. And the smaller surface area holds heat well and limits evaporation. As part of our collection, this saucepan features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel around the surface, for fast and even heat. To keep your all-clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA.

A saucier’s shallow dimensions come in handy when you’re making mashed potatoes or other creamy foods that require lots of stirring or whisking. That was the thought behind the design for this Saucier. Like its big brother the saucepan, it has a wide mouth that helps reduce liquids and thicken sauces. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucier features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. All Clad is a company I can always rely will give me a superior product. I use this saucier for everything, but with the rounded bottom perimeter, it is best for bechamel, mornay and any cream sauce that requires attentive whisking during the cooking process. It is my go-to saucepan. Highly recommended. Barry. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Thu Jan 21 2021

Designed for performance with at home convenience, HA1 Expert Nonstick, delivers longer lasting professional nonstick with easy clean up for the ultimate cooking experience.

I bought this sauce pan to replace a 25+-year-old sauce pan of nearly identical volume. I have several other All-Clad pans—both non-stick and regular (I was going to say “nonstick” and “stick”), and I love them all. This 2.5 quart sauce pan is wider then it is tall, and the nonstick coating inside the pan works exactly as described. I love the glass lid.. Fancy Free. Traverse City Michigan. Mon Jan 12 2026

Used this to melt chocolate for a chocolate babka the day after I received it. Way better than any other double boiler I’ve ever used. I want my whole kitchen set to be all clad!. Teresa. Capitola, CA. Fri Jan 29 2021
