Have a thirst for succulent chicken? Infuse flavor into poultry with your favorite beer, soda, wine or your own gourmet blend right on the grill. Beverage infusing ensures that meat emerges moist with crisp golden skin. Go with the traditional beer can chicken by using a beer can, or experiment with other beverages in the stainless-steel cup. Roast potatoes at the same time with the convenient roasting prongs.

Admit it, you’re demanding. You want chicken that’s flavorful and moist on the inside, and crisp and brown on the outside. This 2-piece grill or oven roaster lets you have it your way by holding poultry vertical and directing heat up the center. Cook with the cone resting inside the base or with the cone alone. Wide base holds sauces and seasonings of your choice as well as vegetables. Can also be used for iconic beer can chicken since a beer can fits perfectly inside the center cone.

This original design in Black Clay is a great addition to any La Chamba Collection. It is a a great roaster to cook chicken evenly in the Beer-Can-Chicken style but without the can. The addition of the center hollow tube allows you to add beer, spices, or other marinades in the center which produces a great flavor.
