Tramontina's Deep Roasting Pan makes it easier to achieve roasting perfection, including succulent meat roasts that are tender inside and beautifully browned on the outside. Made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel, the 16.5-inch Prima Deep Roasting Pan comes with a basting grill and V-rack. These stainless steel accessories allow you to position and stabilize your roast or bird, elevate it to facilitate basting, and allow drippings to fall into the pan below. The pan can also be used for roasting large whole fish. Large cast stainless steel handles provide a comfortable, balanced grip making it easier to carry. Handles are secured with heavy-duty solid stainless steel rivets to accentuate the professional-grade construction.

I'm very happy with this roasting pan. I waited to review until after using it for some serious cooking. The last thing my wife and I cooked in it was an 8 lb. brisket (flat cut) which cooked in the oven for 6 hours--a real test for a roasting pan. The brisket was perfectly cooked and the pan cleaned up easily. What more can you ask?. Keith. Fresno, CA. Wed Jan 04 2023
