They don't last forever, but these are the best non-stick pans I have found. I have purchased quite a few that were more expensive and started sticking at the first use, but these stay non-stick for at least a year or two with pretty heavy use, and they have nice, flat bottoms, which has also been a problem with some others.. This pan is very non-stick. (I just hope that lasts.) It's a different texture, sort of rough. I really need it for this beef and macaroni dish I make in a frying pan.
