I was not expecting a set when this was delivered, but I really love Tovolo products, so I am absolutely okay with this. I like utilizing wood and silicone utensils to help protect our cookware. The spatula head surface is smooth, which hopefully means that design won’t peel or scratch off, but it hasn’t gone through any washings yet, so I can’t say for sure.
