The Tovolo Spatulart Gift Wrap Silicone Spatula dresses up holiday baking with a double-sided head. One side carries holiday words like cheer, joy, jolly, noel and believe on green, and the other side is a red, green and white plaid. The laminated design keeps its stain-resistant color. A reinforced Flex-Core nylon center gives the head enough rigidity for thick cookie dough and heavy batters, while flexible edges scrape the bowl clean. Tapered edges slide under cookies and pancakes, and a rounded corner fits into tight spots. The BPA-free silicone will not scratch non-stick pans or cast iron. This is a fantastic spatula! The teal color is fantastic and the one piece construction is exactly what we were looking for- no more icky gunk build up where to spatula meets the handle. We purchased Ela's Silicone Spatula and Ela's Straight Silicone Spatula at the same time and I recommend you do the same.
