Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

Hand wash recommended.

Eight pieces, one decision. The Alva Mobi 8-Piece Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set is the straightforward way to equip a first kitchen or replace a mismatched cupboard in one go — frying pans for eggs and searing, saucepans for sauces and grains, a pot for soup and pasta, and lids that fit. Every piece carries a ceramic nonstick surface that releases with very little oil and cleans up in seconds, and the bases are engineered for even heat so nothing scorches in the centre while the edges stay cool. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: use a little oil, keep heat low to medium, and hand wash to protect the coating. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
