The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
