Great pan nothing ever sticks to it and you can basically wipe it clean with a paper towel however when tapping spoons on the side the coating has chipped off within the first few uses on the very top edge. And theres a piece in the base of the pan that has started to chip off the coating. After just a few uses. But is never fully peeled off yet. Very hefty and distribute the heat evenly.. Stephen. I love my new frying pan. There's only two of us and it's the perfect size, and a great feature is I'm a bit overweight & not using any oil when I cook is a giant plus in my book. Plus I'm disabled, so not having to stand so long scrubbing a pan, and when I wash it all you really have to do is take a little soapy rag wash, rinse and dry. You are done & happy!
