Roast and serve with confidence using the Gibson Home Johnstown 18 Inch Oval Stainless Steel Roaster Pan with Lid. Made from durable stainless steel, this oval roaster has a sleek silver mirror polish finish. The riveted handles provide a secure grip, and the domed lid helps lock in heat and moisture. This roaster is oven safe up to 500F and works on gas, halogen, electric, and vitroceramic cooktops. Hand wash only care helps preserve the polished finish and long lasting performance. It is a great choice for holiday meals, family dinners, and special occasions.

This pan is not as described. It is advertised as stainless steel, but it is clearly not made of stainless steel. I used it only once to roast meat, then washed and dried it properly. Despite this, both the lid and the bottom of the pan have already rusted after just one use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be stainless steel. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a product that is actually made of stainless steel.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

Mepra Roasting pan appears to be made of quality stainless steel for even cooking and lifetime use. The lid doesn't fit snugly, which presents the possibility of steam escaping during cooking. I haven't used the roasting pan yet, but I don't foresee the way the lid fits as a deal breaker. I am looking forward to cooking with it.. Lillie Thomas. Pikesville, MD. Sat May 23 2026

Whether you are roasting meats, chicken or vegetables, these La Chamba Roasting Pans perform beautifully. Its clay form heats up evenly and keeps food warm long after it is removed from the oven. Length 11.5in (handles included), Width 9.5in (from outside), Height 2.5in and Capacity 2.0qt (filled comfortably without overflowing). Use for serving as well as for roasting with the ease of handles for handling with a great presentation especially for whole poultry, lasagna or other baked pasta dishes. Completely natural and safe, contains no toxins or lead and the porous nature of the clay allows the slow evaporation of steam and produce food that is healthier, tastier, and moist using less fat and liquids. Will last many years with proper use and care (each piece comes with a product information sheet outlining the Uses and Care for the product). Black Clay, La Chamba Cookware, is well-known and used throughout Colombia in restaurants and homes for preparing and serving traditional dishes. Its origins can be traced back at least 700 years to vases and pitchers found in pre-Columbian archaeological sites. It is still made in the traditional manner, by families in a small village on the banks of the Magdalena River in Central Colombia. Each piece is hand-made using local area clays, then hand burnished with a stone. The pieces are then fired in the village, giving them the distinctive black color and elegant look.

This is a great pan, and the perfect size — big enough for a small chicken for example, but small enough to fit in my toaster oven. I lived in Colombia ages ago, and this brings back many memories — these pots and pans were everywhere. I know I’ll use this one often.. Anonymous. Thu Jan 01 2026
