I had wanted to replace my old roasting pan for a while and when I saw Anolon had theirs on sale, I jumped on it. Mepra Roasting pan appears to be made of quality stainless steel for even cooking and lifetime use. The lid doesn't fit snugly, which presents the possibility of steam escaping during cooking.
