I love this toaster! I have a very small efficiency kitchen and it works Perfect in my space. I have it set on bagel and number four setting. . It toasted my bagel perfectly. I ordered a red toaster, received a black and silver, then received a beautiful black and rose gold, bit I ordered red! They refused to send me a red one and refused my money. So I reorder the RED toaster and still received a rose gold and black. I dont know why it was so hard for them to send me what I ordered which was a RED toaster, but I never received my RED toaster. Im still looking for a RED toaster. Smh!! You cant make this sh up! One kind representative said that she changed all the stuff that was stopping me from receiving a red toaster because some of the skews were wrong. But I still have yet to receive a RED toaster! Stil another representative said that she was gonna send it up to management and have them reach back out to me.I have yet to hear from anyone.And now I am still looking for a red toaster looking for a RED toaster!!!!.
