Overall the mattress isn't bad. Right now we are using the softer side but it's still pretty firm. It's supposed to be so that you can't feel your partner move but that's not the case at all. We went from full memory foam to this and we can feel every time the other person moves at all. My partner likes it but I'm not crazy about it and preferred full memory foam.. E.. Virginia. The reviews were good, but the bed has exceeded all expectations. We are 51 and 43 years of age and weigh 300 LBS between us. Weve worked and played hard this life. We have slept on this mattress for over a week now and every single time, as my 220 lb, blue collar husband wakes up, he comments that was the best sleep ever. He has slept all over the country, in every kind of bed there is. He rarely gives a compliment, unless well deserved. We have owned 3 mattresses in 4 years. We will not be buying any other mattress anytime soon but you should, if you need better sleep and less numbess and pain. Unless, youre just reading a mattress review for pleasure ) Thank you, Brooklyn Bedding , for the happy husband, pain free nights of sleep and the rested days, we are externally grateful.. Anonymous. I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help.
