I ordered a red toaster, received a black and silver, then received a beautiful black and rose gold, bit I ordered red! They refused to send me a red one and refused my money. So I reorder the RED toaster and still received a rose gold and black. I dont know why it was so hard for them to send me what I ordered which was a RED toaster, but I never received my RED toaster. Im still looking for a RED toaster. Smh!! You cant make this sh up! I also like that you can choose to use two slots or just one, and adjust the settings depending on whether you want lighter or darker toast. Cleaning is easy since it has two crumb trays on the sides. The toaster feels sturdy and well made. It is a bit heavy, but I actually like that because it doesn’t feel cheap.
