This will be my new go to pan. It is solid, sturdy yet ergonomic with the handles. The depth is great for sautéing. The true red color will make this a fun pan to use for serving spicy appetizers. It holds heat extremely well. The dual pour sections make it easy to drain off any extra, unwanted fluid. The box was shipped, wrapped in bubble wrap. That was a good precaution. The box still came with some corner damage but the pan itself was fine. The package was heavy so it makes sense it might take a bit of a beating during shipping. Read the instructions! This is not like my traditional, old cast iron pans. It seems this does not season to a non-stick interior finish. The instructions suggest a bit of fat when heating to properly heat and cook foods. Perfect pizza pan for my outdoor grill. This pan is beautiful, well made and sturdy. Its a typical cast iron piece, so its heavy but if you love cast iron and like to make pizzas or flatbreads, its perfect. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I had an issue with the first one sent because they didn't include the grab handle but Wayfair fixed it and sent me a replacement within days. Excellent customer service!
