There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. I love them and the will last for years. A lot longer than any non stick.. Cathy. Wisconsin. Wed Oct 15 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this fry pan for a few days now, and I really like it since it's made of ceramic and stainless steel. It's very easy to clean, cooks food beautifully, and is highly versatile for a wide range of recipe and ingredients. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy to hold and handle, but overall, i think it's excellent. Yenniferm. Wed Jul 08 2026

Weeknight dinners have never been easier with KitchenAid® nitro-carbon steel, the ultimate kitchen workhorse. This do-it-all cookware offers the exceptional searing and timeless performance of cast iron, but with lightweight, anti-rust convenience, making it the perfect go-to pan to elevate weeknight meals. Made with innovative nitro heat technology to seal the surface of the pan and lock out moisture, this durable skillet is rust-resistant and 22 percent harder than traditional carbon steel as well as completely metal-utensil safe. Similar to cast iron, carbon steel can also be seasoned to develop a nonstick-like cooking surface over time. Heat safe to 750 degrees F and induction suitable, this pan offers culinary perfection from stove to oven to grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great and very similar to a cast iron pan. What I love is that it’s made out of Nitro Carbon Steel so this pan does not rust. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan. Since receiving this pan I’ve already gotten rid of a bunch of other type pans and oven stuff, which has freed up space and no longer need. A definite must in your kitchen.. Anonymous.
