This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Perfect for doing ribs in the oven - they turn out so tender. My complaint is hotter heavy the roaster is and that it’s not easy to remove the lid (no handles) to check temp of meat - especially when it’s so hot!. Kim. Olcott, NY. Fri Feb 07 2025
