It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup. I enjoy lattes and my husband favors straight espresso (quads) - both easy to make. This machine is simple to use, and more importantly, easy to clean. I found the machine's volume reasonable. I have a silicone mat between the counter and the machine. I love the cup warmer feature on top. I received this product compliments of Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review. I have not had an expresso bar like this before; I've been using a machine with small capsules. This espresso machine from Cuisinart feels well made and solid. It came packaged safely and nicely and when I pulled it out of the package I was excited because it was more compact than I thought it would be. Easily assembled and the water tank is in the back which is helpful that it's built into the machine and not a separate piece sticking out. It has a touch screen and has many customizable functions, grinds the beans and it was very impressive and made great espresso. Would recommend for a decently priced machine.. Midgetwarrior7. USA.
