It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup. This is an absolutely incredible budget espresso machine that is astonishingly well priced. The espresso comes out great. I use a setting of 10 microns on my burr grinder with the dual filter and it works nicely. The machine didn’t like when I set it to 5 microns or less. Comes with a lovely portafilter. Returning the item, product is made very cheaply, has loud beeping noise that does not turn off despite instructions indicating you can.
