We eat a lot of steaks here at the house and this was an absolute dream to use with our T-bones. The knife looks super sleek and feels very comfortable in the hand, it’s not too heavy. In fact it’s very lightweight and comfortable to use. It is also super easy to clean the knife. Just be super careful because this knife is very sharp.
